SERVING LEADERS, FOUNDERS, INVESTORS AND HEALTH SYSTEMS
FROM CLINICAL BREAKTHROUGHS to MARKET SCALE

Hey! So Glad You're Here.
I’m Andjela Azabagic — a global citizen, American and Bosnian at heart — and someone who has spent the last two decades building bridges between technology, humanity, and purpose.
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of healthcare innovation and leadership, helping companies like IBM Watson Health, Cleerly, Pentax Medical, iCAD, and TeraRecon bring groundbreaking diagnostic technologies to life.
My journey has taken me across continents — from corporate boardrooms to startup war rooms — always guided by one question:
How can technology help people live longer, healthier, and more joyful lives?
Today, I lead Azabagic Solutions, a healthcare consultancy that supports MedTech startups and investors as they enter and scale within the U.S. market. We help brilliant ideas find their footing in a complex healthcare ecosystem — through clear strategy, meaningful partnerships, and investment readiness.
Alongside that, I founded Azabagic Transformations, a boutique executive coaching practice that helps high-achieving professionals — especially women — restore their energy, balance, and inner clarity while leading with authenticity and impact.
After years in fast-paced corporate environments, I know how easy it is to look successful on paper while feeling depleted inside. My work helps women realign their power, purpose, and peace — so they can truly thrive, not just perform.
Throughout my career, my teams and I have built solutions that advance preventive care and longevity — from women’s health and breast, lung, and colon cancer screening to cardiac imaging and heart attack prevention.
Recently, I’ve been diving deeper into the Longevity space, exploring what it means to expand not just lifespan, but also healthspan and joyspan.
I’m especially fascinated by dementia, mindspan, and neurodegenerative disease — and how the convergence of AI, biology, and mindfulness can help redefine what healthy aging truly means.
If you’re building something new — or becoming someone new — we probably have a lot to talk about.
